We at Maple Leaf Farms are the leading world provider in all Duck meat Products. Within our multiple Indiana-based facilities, we engage in all steps of food production from farm to plate. We have 1st shift only (6:30 am – 2:00 PM), 8 hours, Monday-Friday, and some required weekends with a $50 bonus pay!

Working within the North Manchester Farm - our associates are responsible for (but not limited to):
- Preparing a comfortable environment for our ducks such as placing wood chip bedding, placing heatlamps, clearing debris, etc.
- Providing daily food and water for our ducks
- Running farm equipment (prior knowledge of such equipment is preferred, not required)
- Monitoring any defects to maintain a healthy flock of ducks
- Spend 20% of the workday sanitizing stations for the following work day
