RES Servicing Corp. is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on individual to join our successful team. The Accountant will be a part of the finance and accounting division, a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The individual will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of our internal and external financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- EOM Close
- Maintain asset registers
- Budget and cash flow analysis
- Support the preparation of financial statements
- Balance sheet reconciliations, preparing monthly support schedules and analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Code AP vouchers, cash and general journal entries
- Perform day to day accounting functions-posting entries in CMS and QuickBooks
- Process daily deposits
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of case statistics
- Process Payroll for hourly workers
- Special Projects as required
