What Will You Do? The Accounting Manager/Controller is a key member of the Lutek senior management team who will report directly to the owner of the company. Lutek has over decades built long-lasting relationships with general contractors providing design, manufacture and installation of custom window treatments. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations including month-end close, billing and collecting, commission payments and cash management. You will also closely with the Lutek senior management to prepare ad-hoc reports useful for running the company. You will also oversee employee benefits including payroll and 401K benefits.

You will have the opportunity for career growth by learning about the product lines produced by LuTek, and the ever growing window treatment industry, as well as participate at a senior level in the operations of the company.

Requirements – What We are Looking For

· Someone who works well independently as well as with the team.

· Friendly and outgoing yet able to be a strong team leader.

· Accounting degree preferred.

· Minimum experience required – 3 years.

· Special skills required –

o working knowledge of E2 accounting system a plus

o ability to operate Microsoft office programs

o Working knowledge of outsourced payroll systems

· Able to pass a drug test.

· Experience working with general contractors, and in window coverings and or/manufacturing installation business all a plus, but not a requirement.

TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE

· Annual Salary from $95,000 to $110,000, plus

· Annual Cash Bonus, target 20%, plus

· Plus participation in company’s long-term incentive plan.

LOCATION

· This position will work from our Arvada, Colorado offices

· Normal business hours are from 7am-4pm

Building on her mother’s legacy with a renewed vision, Kelli Beckish has served as the President since 2000. Together in 2007, Mary Lou and Kelli purchased the 18,000-square-foot building we had been leasing for 10 years. Through boom times and lean years, we have remained invested in this community and in doing business in Colorado.

Today, we have our eyes on growth. We recently moved to a new 36,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Arvada. We look forward to expanding our capabilities and continuing to serve our fellow Colorado businesses.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
