Chicago Water & Fire Restoration is a rapidly growing, family-owned water and fire restoration company based out of Elmhurst Illinois. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. We lead with compassion and pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our clientele. For that reason, we are seeking someone with the capacity to be highly personable, independent, and organized.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Front desk responsibilities, including greeting and directing incoming parties
• Ordering and inventory management of office supplies, breakroom refreshments, and employee uniforms
• Coordinate with dispatch crew to relay estimated timelines to our valued clientele
• Participate in ongoing projects to provide support for our teams
• General administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of administrative or equivalent experience
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to type at a 45-50 WPM minimum
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Experience with Quickbooks preferred but not required
