SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working where teamwork is essential, contributions are valued, personal growth and development are emphasized, and successes are celebrated. In this position, you will provide key administrative support in our mission of growing sustainable forests to support consumer needs while caring for the environment and protecting endangered species. You will be responsible for various tasks and functions, including file management and record retention per company policy, customer support, load ticket reconciliation, purchasing of supplies and services, contract requests and data entry, contract management and close out, invoicing and accounts payable processing, mail services, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, and promoting our industry through community outreach and involvement.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED. College experience or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of general office administrative experience
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic business software.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
  • Must be able to communicate and interact professionally and effectively.
  • Ability to occasionally travel.
