How would you like to work in a stable and always growing industry - Pet Services.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to learn and communicate to Customers what we do here at Wickersham's K-9 Ranch that makes us so unique as a Dog Boarding and Training Kennel.

Your main duties will be to answer calls and emails, create and track reservations from beginning to end. You will help Customers understand our services and procedures so that their pet has a healthy happy stay here at the K-9 Ranch.

Our goal is to turn all Customers into lifelong Customers.

There are also special projects which we will define and track in our core Management Team.

You must be proficient in Microsoft Office software - specifically Excel.

Knowledge of Social Media applications such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram or Tik Tok are highly preferred.

We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. Right now we need coverage on Wednesday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. The other 3 days are flexible.

There is a 90 day probationary period to ensure you absolutely love it here and are a good fit for what we do.

Pay is between $17 to $19 per/hour which is around $35,000 to $39,000 per year.

You must log dogs and their humans and you must be self motivated, organized and reliable.
