Provides administrative assistance and support for Easterseals Wyoming.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written, organizational, and record-keeping skills required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses an ability to readily learn new software programs.
  • Demonstrate motivation to grow and learn.
  • Demonstrate flexibility depending on priorities for the day.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Exceptional computer and other technology skills

Physical Requirement

  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
  • Applicant must pass a background check, Office of Inspector General (OIG) Check.

Experience

  • High School/Equivalent
  • 0-2 years
  • Experience in clerical field or management role preferred; formal training in secretarial/administrative assistant field may be substituted for experience.
