Over 90% of Domino's Pizza Franchisees started as Delivery drivers including the owner of our 24 stores. Plenty of room for growth or advancement as we have just opened 2 stores and are building 3 more within the next year.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in building sales to meet company goals

· Manage all costs

· Provide excellent customer service

· Assist in enforcing Safety and Security standards

· Uphold policies and standards

· Assist in maintaining a properly staffed store

· Assist in providing training to team members

· Enforce product quality standards at all times

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED

· Valid drivers’ license and reliable means of transportation

· Excellent communication and motivation skills

· Satisfactory MVR

· Result and task oriented with the best people skills
