Automation Technicians for the maintenance of automation and assembly equipment with a minimum of down time. Accept philosophy of continuous improvement by participating in training and by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. Knowledge of some/all of the following:

  • Perform electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic system troubleshooting/repair in support of custom automated assembly, inspection, fixturing and robotic systems
  • PLC and HMI programming utilizing RSLogix and FTView
  • Oversee the set-up and functioning of all automated equipment and machinery Participate in final system functional performance testing
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, or computer-generated reports
  • Ability to work productively and maintain project timelines with minimal supervision Electrical controls knowledge/aptitude
  • Proficient with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and sensors
  • Proficient with robots; Emson, Kawasaki, Fanuc
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic operation
  • Interface with computer systems and specifically SAP computerized maintenance work orders to accept, work on, and close jobs

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) · Training and/or practical experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical disciplines preferred · Good attendance and attitude

Pay starting at $19/hr depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
