POSITION TITLE: Benefits Center Agent - Bilingual Agent (Christian Pro Life Organization)
CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt - $1k Sign-on Bonus
TYPE: Full time - Onsite + 1 day remote (Weekdays)
REPORTS TO: Enrollments & Benefit Center Manager
SUMMARY: Benefits Center agents help c allers in who are seeking benefits for a pregnancy or for parents that have children under the age of 3. The agent learns about their situation and recommends programs that would best fit their needs. In addition, the agent recommends online classes they can take to earn free diapers and access to programs like Nurse Family Partnership (NFP).

Answer inbound calls

Make outbound calls

Utilize the CRM database (Salesforce)

Listen attentively

Set appointments
This position is onsite at our corporate office + 1 day remote.
