Your Career

We are looking for a Benefits Program Manager to join our Global Rewards Team. This individual will have a focus on U.S. programs and policies including health and welfare and retirement programs. This role will report to the Director, Americas Benefits. In this role, you will help us review, administer and evolve our benefits offering and employee experience.

You will use your benefits expertise to manage programs and provide a world-class employee experience. Palo Alto Networks offers a wide range of benefits which support employees during different times in their lives. Your Impact

  • General Program Management
    • Create and manage quarterly dashboard for program utilization tracking (including US and global programs)
    • Manage perks vendors (Modern Health, Forma, Milk Stork and Cleo)
    • Handle employee inquiries, including responding to questions, providing documentation to employees about policies and resolving benefit-related issues
    • Review benefits content on BenefitConnect, The Loop and Microsite
  • 401(k) + Non-Qualified Plan
    • Manage the 401(k) and non-qualified plan including non-discrimination testing, annual audit, funding and other compliance updates
    • Manage Fidelity and SageView relationships
    • Facilitate FLEXBenefits Student Loan Payments through Fidelity
  • US Health and Welfare
    • Manage compliance tasks for US H&W plans including MA HIRD Reporting, RxDC, HSCO, PCORI, legal notices and 5500s
    • Review and reconcile monthly billing from self-funded vendors

Qualifications


Your Experience

  • 2+ years relevant experience in benefits management or benefits consulting preferred
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proven track record of managing benefit plans and providers
  • You are detail-oriented, and have both left-brain and right-brain strengths
  • Superior language, written and oral, communication skills required
  • Sense of humor and commitment to professionalism
  • Dynamic and team oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, superior work ethic
  • Able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Comfortable with ambiguity

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $87,100/yr to $140,900/yr.
