Objective:

The Business Analyst is responsible for staff support with current system workflows, tasks, process flows, reports and customizations across the business functions, perform updates to the system as needed due to changes in business or new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with business unit to maintain existing workflows and processes.
• Assists in gathering requirements from business for new products or processes.
• Handles incoming tickets from business teams for ad hoc requests.
• Preforms system testing and reports findings to Data Operations Manager
• Identifies and opens tickets to development team for any system issues/bugs found.
• Boards incoming data files into system of record
• Create and implement dashboarding at business teams request
• Engage and collaborate with Business and IT as needed for capturing and prioritizing data project needs and ensure project slotting.
• Assists business teams with data integrity and clean up
• Works with business unit to troubleshoot issues within processes
• Preforms other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Self-motivated, be able to define new processes, socialize with stakeholder groups and gain consensus.
• Strong business knowledge of financial products, loan systems, and credit lifecycle knowledge and associated business requirements and delivery mechanisms.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly understand new business initiatives and identify data to meet business needs.
• Strong written, technical documentation and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services processes and business terms a plus.
• Time management skills with strong attention to details; ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SQL programming; department specific PC applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
