Supervise and manage all functions of the store in cooperation with the Division Leader, participate in recruiting and training of quality employees, assist and instruct employees in daily operations, ensure customer retainment, and develop retail sales growth through outstanding customer service.

Role and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

• Participate in the recruiting, training, and maintaining of a positive employee environment by promoting teamwork.
• Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
• Order and price store merchandise following proper procedures as directed by Division Manager
• Assist Division Manager in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions as well as developing sales-building displays
• Ensure correct and timely completion of all assigned accounting reports and forms
• Ensure that all precautionary procedures with respect to the protection of employees and company assets are adhered to.
• Set written goals annually with the Division Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by Division Manager

The ideal candidate needs to possess minimum three years proven responsible experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry and minimum one year proven supervisory experience. Also have proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, Team Member development, and operational improvement

Preferred skills for this position are accuracy, confidence and dependability. Excellent communication, and people skills. The ideal candidate needs to also possess proven leadership qualities.

Additional Qualifications:

• Effectively handle and manage confidential and sensitive information
• Must be available for both opening and closing shifts including weekends
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 (eight) hours in length

The candidate must successfully pass a background check.

This position offers mainly first shift hours and flexible scheduling. Pay is based on qualifications and experience.
