A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Call Center and Sales Agent, you play a vital role in the operations of our business as you work with guests and your Holiday Beach teammates to provide them with unparalleled luxury and customer service. You are the main point of contact for our guests and potential guests alike.

Job Requirement and Responsibilities Include:

• Answer any questions and handle any concerns over the phone or through email in a timely manner
• Solicit for reviews and work with Property Managers to get five-star reviews
• Answer phones as backup to Holiday Beach Mechanical (HBM) service. Answer service questions and enter calls into HBM systems.
• Keep current on our property amenities, services, pricing, and unit layouts to remain knowledgeable and equipped to assist each customer
• Ensure that the contracts signed by guests are on file
• Input reservations into our software and send confirmation emails
• Maintain our booking calendars and sync across each booking platform
• Work alongside our property managers to find solutions to any guest concerns regarding property conditions and requests
• Prior to guest arrival, contact them to sell further items and amenities such as beach chairs, early check-in, late check-out, insurance, elevator access, pool heat, boat rides, bikes, and more
• Before our guests arrive, perform welcome calls and send welcome emails
• Skillfully, manage the beach chair schedules and ensure that our beach services assistants have all the information they need to be successful
• Participate in training and other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to walk up multiple flights of stairs if needed
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and has available shifts every day with rotating off-days.
