About the Opportunity:

DMI, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Campaign & Content Manager to join our Competitive Strategies Group.

The Competitive Strategies team ensures we have the competitive edge by providing comprehensive market intelligence, developing targeted campaigns, and implementing price-to-win strategies. They focus on building strong and actionable partnerships with best-in-class industry players to enhance DMI's capabilities and expand our reach. This team ensures our propensity to win competitive bids, growing our market share in industry.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsibility Summary:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategy: You will be responsible for developing and executing campaign strategy for specific EO deals, supporting both our Commercial and Federal Contracting business. This includes identifying target customers, developing messaging, and determining the best channels to reach them.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and bids and proposal teams: You’ll work closely with these teams to understand the deals of focus and build campaigns aligned with the overall strategy and goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance: You’ll track the success of your campaigns and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion rates. You’ll use this data to optimize the campaign and improve performance.
  • Manage content creation and distribution: The Campaign & Content Manager will oversee the creation and distribution of all content related to enterprise offerings, to include cheat sheets, sales plays, playbooks, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations: You are responsible for ensuring that all content produced is compliant with relevant government regulations, such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).

Qualifications:
Years of Experience: 10 years

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
  • Understanding of Commercial and Federal pre-sales: A successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the enterprise technology market in the commercial and federal landscape - its customers, as well as knowledge of the budget allocation, procurement and award processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills: You should have 10 years of experience and should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure that campaigns and content are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Project management experience: You should have experience in managing complex projects, including campaigns and content creation, to ensure that deadlines are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Experienced in monitoring industry trends and regulations: You will need experience tracking changes in government regulations and incorporating this information into content creation and strategy.
