Responsibilities:

· Welcome and engage customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.

· Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle, actively listening to their preferences and requirements.

· Effectively communicate the performance, features, and benefits of our products to potential buyers.

· Present and explain all available optional equipment for customer consideration.

· Foster strong connections and build lasting relationships with customers.

· Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

· Overcome objections, close sales, and execute all other stages of the sales process according to company standards.

· Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager, including objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience is mandatory

· Excellent customer service skills

· Exceptional personality with a positive attitude and demeanor

· Strong active listening and verbal communication abilities

· Driven by sales goals and determined to achieve them

· Proficient in using phones and computers

· Possession of a valid driver's license

Pay: $61,068.00 - $69,227.00 per year
