Program: Child and Family Connections, Early Intervention
Location(s): Arlington Heights, IL
Hours: Part Time or Full Time, 24-40 hours a week, Monday-Friday (FT) or Mon, Thurs, Fri (PT)
Pay: $18-20/hour
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative opportunities and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Intake Specialist is responsible for facilitating telephone, fax and mail activity. Maintain program forms and public awareness materials. Complete initial intake phase of all referrals. Coordinate evaluation schedules for team evaluators. Create new client files.
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years secretarial experience
- Computer proficient
- Good communication and organizational skills
