Windstar Lines Inc. is looking to fill an immediate vacancy in our Charter Sales department. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Account Specialist.

Responsibilities

This position works with customers in the bus-booking process. The hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM and the position offers a competitive wage and benefits. This individual will be responsible for:

• Achieving agreed upon sales goals in ways that generate the income needed for stability and growth
• Effectively complete all sales administrative work in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain successful customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidate is working in an offer setting in front of a computer. Strong computer and communication skills are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Industry specific scheduling tools and ability to read maps are a plus. Knowledge of prospecting and closing the sale is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
