Sameday Health is seeking a highly experienced and talented Provider to join our company as the Chief Medical Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our urgent and primary care businesses across the country at our 50+ existing clinics.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in building and scaling national businesses in the healthcare industry. You should have a deep understanding of the urgent and primary care market, and be able to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and clinical operations. You should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced and efficient leader in the healthcare industry, with energy and enthusiasm to step into this new role.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a national growth strategy for our urgent and primary care business
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building an inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
• Analyze operations and identify areas for process enhancement
• Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
• Enforce adherence to legal and compliance guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and customers
• Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the growth strategy

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in executive leadership roles with a high-growth primary or urgent care business
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as compliance, operations, finance etc.
