Rising Chiropractic in Evans is seeking an additional team member to join our team of exceptional Chiropractic Assistants!

The Chiropractic Assistant Team executes the administrative and paraprofessional systems and processes of the practice. As a member of this team, you are the face of the practice and a primary point of contact for our practice members. Not only will you answer phones, greet patients, and manage scheduling and financial transactions, among other administrative duties, you will also work side-by-side with the doctor to perform patient consultations, clinical examinations, patient education, and case management.

In addition, the Chiropractic Assistant Team engages in both internal and external marketing activities, such as referrals & retention, community events, charitable outreach, social media campaigns, and more!

If this is you, then the experience you bring, at a minimum is:

• An established and consistent work history that includes 3-5 years’ experience in sales, management, healthcare or similar positions.
• Education beyond high school, which may include a college degree or professional/technical certifications in sales management, healthcare, or similar.
• Experience in delivering a high-quality customer-driven experience.
• Ability to maintain efficient processes, systems, and operations in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong work ethic and a talent for critical thinking.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications and able to learn other computerized software applications, including electronic health records.

Ideal qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years’ experience in sales, management, healthcare, or similar positions.
• Fluency in conversational Spanish (able to speak, read, and write).
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical privacy rules/regulations.
• Knowledge/interest in natural/complimentary health & wellness.

Chiropractic Assistant Team members work occasional weekends for external marketing activities, training, or conferences. There may be occasional out of town/out of state travel for training or conferences. Availability for these events is a requirement of the position.

Compensation is based on experience and may include potential for commissions and bonuses.
