AirCom Mechanical is Northern California's leading Commercial/Mechanical HVAC Contractor. We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Sales Engineer to join our amazing team located in Milpitas, CA. This is a great opportunity to make a huge difference in our organization. Responsibilities to Include:
- Commercial account management, business development and project management, to include engineers, contractors as well as owners and developers.
- Assist with the design, application and sales of commercial HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance contracts.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.
- Mastery of all HVAC systems and applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Maintain a positive attitude
- High attention to detail is required
- Outgoing personality with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Compensation:
$125,000 Base Salary Plus Commission.
