Job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our jobsites. The successful candidate will have a background in construction and proven management abilities, and will oversee the entire building process from start to finish. A successful construction superintendent must be familiar with all aspects of construction, including trades, building codes, material specifications and job site management.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate the price of material, and equipment for a construction project to ensure the project is cost effective.
• Supervise construction projects from start to finish to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct pre-construction surveys of a project site.
• Supervise and direct laborers, masons, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other construction workers.
• Oversee the installation of piping systems and electrical wiring.
• Inspect a construction site after completion to determine if it meets quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
