Oversee Scheduling Process and Dispatching Technicians and Sales Personnel.

• Assisting our customers by taking inbound calls, scheduling appointments for estimates, service and installations, and troubleshooting customer problems over the phone

• Dispatching technicians

• Coordinate sales team appointments/follow-ups and maintain CRM database including the generation of reports

• Managing our residential maintenance program

The ideal candidate is self motivated and has strong organizational skills, enjoys challenges and working in a fast paced team environment. This position requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Dispatching software. Previous administrative assistant or customer service experience is a must. Excellent computer skills.
