REAL RES is looking for a full-time

What are the requirements?
- Previous experience in customer service at a call center or office is required.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and our internal staff.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to work at our Fort Myers office, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This position can transition to a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) after 6 months of proficient performance.
What would my responsibilities be?
- Interact with clients via phone, email, and online chat to resolve outstanding client needs.
- Ensure all client notes, instructions, and pricing are properly recorded in the appropriate systems.
- Attract potential clients by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Set up new accounts and walk clients through our website.
- Manually enter orders into the online ordering system.
- Answer general turnaround/status questions.
- Respond promptly to all client and interdepartmental requests.
- Assist in explaining completed reports to clients.
- Complete pricing quotes and send ETA emails in a timely manner.
- Monitor all email accounts and reply to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
- Create credit memos on canceled files.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned.
