Day Porter Qualifications:
- Patrol property perimeter
- Check property common areas. Clean and restock supplies as needed
- Perform basic maintenance duties (replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, etc)
- Check in with property management team for special requests
- Professional attitude & appearance.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable and responsible.
- Must have 2+ year of experience in this industry, optimistic and focus on detail.
- Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
Job Requirements
- Full-Time
- Pay rate $15.20 Per hour
- Paid Holidays after 90 days of continuous employment
- Hours available: 8hrs from 7am to 4pm - 5 days-Mon-Fri.
