Who We Are
Seven League is a fast-growing digital sports agency and consultancy. We are now part of IMG, following Endeavor’s acquisition of our parent organisation, the Mailman Group, in 2021. This means our current size and scale – approximately 50 full-time staff with additional associates in over 10 European countries – will increase significantly.
We have a wide range of clients, national and international, reaching all sectors of the sports business including the NFL, FIFA, Spurs, LCFC, the NBA, the NHL, Sport England, Great British Racing and England Netball.
Seven League provides consultancy and agency services. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, run social media channels and can help clients deliver against their wider business objectives.
We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for Content Managers who are interested in joining Seven League's growing team this year.
Our multi-disciplinary team is drawn from a variety of backgrounds. As digital content manager, you will have experience creating, managing, and distributing digital content across various channels to attract and engage audiences. You will apply this knowledge to advise sports organizations on how to optimize their content.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
You will demonstrate experience of:
  • Developing and implementing content strategies that align with business objectives
  • Creating and curating engaging digital content (blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.) that drives traffic, generates leads, and increases brand awareness
  • Ensuring that all content is optimized for SEO and social media platforms
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, timely, and relevant
  • Analyzing and report on content performance, using data to drive decision-making
  • Managing content production processes and using planning tools to ensure timely delivery of content
You will be expected to:
  • Present ideas, campaigns, and strategies to clients of all levels
  • Analyze and report on data to optimize content performance
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, technologies, social media, and sports news
  • Work and collaborate with all other IMG and Seven League personnel to develop and achieve the company’s overall strategic goals
  • Contribute to business development of new and existing clients
  • Be an ambassador for Seven League and IMG, and maintain a professional approach at all times
You Will Have The Following Strengths
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation and management
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with SEO and social media optimization
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for creating high-quality digital content that resonates with target audiences

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$99,000 annually
