This role is responsible for creation, management, communication, and execution of the division’s digital marketing and social media plans. This position will work with internal employees and external agencies to develop plans to accelerate our brand’s growth by acquiring new customers through effective digital advertising plans, developing engaging content for our social media platforms, and monitoring multiple digital marketing metrics and KPI’s to ensure business and ROI success. This position will work closely with others in the Marketing Department to execute the assigned digital responsibilities and will report to the Senior Director, Marketing Communications.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy Management

  • Responsible for the planning, strategy, and management of the division’s digital marketing and advertising objectives. This includes annual planning, agency relationship management, and budget planning.
  • Develop and manage all digital advertising efforts which will include display advertising, social media advertising, geo-targeting marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Attract new customers through digital advertising, lead generation strategies, email marketing, product review management, and native advertising.
  • Help our consumers through their buyer’s journey by developing plans that properly support them through key product decision points.

Agency Management

  • Responsible for managing agency relationships that involve the supervision of advertising campaigns, digital advertising, social media, and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain agency relationships and monitor their key KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Work with internal employees, dealers, consumers, and team members to develop digital campaigns and projects working with multiple agencies to execute the plans.
  • Provide leadership for all digital plans and ensure projects stay within budget, timelines, and scope requirements.

Social Media Management

  • Work with others in the marketing department to create engaging and effective content and manage this within an established annual content calendar.
  • Develop social media monthly plans which include product communications, photo planning, writing copy, cause marketing, and brand loyalty on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other related platforms.
  • Create content that supports the brand personalities and guidelines.
  • Develop plans that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other marketing communications.

Website Content Management

  • Oversee website content, products, product reviews, news, and blog articles. Help populate content through the content management system.
  • Work with website vendor to improve website user-experience and functionality.

Metric Measurement Management

  • Work on established metric measurement plans to achieve and surpass annual goals.
  • Set up metric goals and KPI dashboard for digital and social media plans and projects to track against identified KPIs.
  • Coordinate social media, digital, and website KPI analysis and metric management
  • Use Google Analytics to gain insights into our customer’s path to purchase and develop programs and plans to more effectively engage and respond to them.
  • Utilize tracking tools (e.g. HubSpot) to consolidate and track consumer response to campaigns

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 or more years of experience in digital strategy and/or digital marketing (may include internship experience)
  • Strong experience in the planning, creation, and implementation of digital marketing strategies the accelerate business growth and brand loyalty
  • Experience working with agencies required
  • Proven ability to lead multiple agencies, develop project briefs, and manage budgets
  • Prior experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant reporting platforms
  • Prior experience with e-commerce marketing is preferred
  • Prior experience in managing digital media platforms
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Prior experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Mature leadership skills including the ability to lead large cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Docs

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
