About the Role

The Director of Sales will lead the sales strategy to drive expansion into tier one retails with an initial focus on growing our current relationship with Walmart. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with retail stakeholders and accountable for overall account growth. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successful business development experience working for, and/or selling into Walmart.

This is a remote role that must be a daily commutable distance to the Bentonville, Arkansas area.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing Tier 1 retail relationships to expand our kiosk footprint
  • Driving product and customer insights
  • Collaborating with the company's Product, Technology, and Operations organizations to ensure strong account execution and performance
  • Building and enhancing sales collateral, pitch decks, modeling and forecasting, and executive summaries


How We Know You Can Do It

  • 6-10 years experience at premier CPG brand or other consumer service/product company selling into large mass retailers
  • Proven track record of success in growing retail accounts
  • Highly effective communicator with strong presentation abilities
  • Strong capacity to set sales strategy and methodologies to create target stakeholder engagement
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in order to meet organization goals
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-departmental team
