Air America is looking to add Dispatchers to our GROWING TEAM!

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal-oriented mindset. This position handles getting technicians out to customers' homes quickly and efficiently along with scheduling appointments.

What YOU will do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal customers and our external customers
- Work in a team environment
- Daily outbound and inbound calls
- Schedule appointments
- Drive revenue and help meet the market goal
What you need:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Dispatch experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
