Bronzeback Inc is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high-energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our team. The individual must have a strong work ethic and continuous drive to succeed. Be able to push through tough situations that may occur while on this job.

Bronzeback is now hiring full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers for FedEx in the Escanaba, MI area. Drivers will operate out of the Escanaba, MI terminal and make deliveries to residences in the route areas. Our drivers will be operating a medium-size box truck (Ford Transit-P1000s) provided by the employer.*

The terminal is open Monday through Saturday. FullTime is 4 or 5 days a week, 8:00 am to completion. (Outbound drivers need to be back by 8pm, or whenever your service is completed) Bronzeback Inc is looking for flexible people with flexible hours!*

Delivery Driver Rewards / Benefits*

• Weekly Paycheck - Direct Deposits on Fridays

• $100.00/day Per Training

• $160.00/day once training is completed

Delivery Driver Requirements

• Clean MVR

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older

• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam

• Able to pass a background check

• Physically able to carry packages 100 lbs or more. 150 lbs with a Cart/Sled

• Able to deliver between 45-125 stops a day.

• Must live within 45 minutes of Escanaba, MI, area code 49829

• Have/Get a Chauffer’s license

• Applicants need to be able to listen to all directions given to them

Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• Arrive at Escanaba MI/ FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages

• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck

• Delivering packages to the destination

• Scanning and Logging Packages

• Able to drive in the Snow/Rain/Ice

• Able to drive through ruff weather conditions

• Must be willing to get the job done fully

• Able to read a map in case the Computer in the truck goes down

• Drive long distances to meet the requirements of all customers

Pay: $35,360.00 - $44,200.00 per year
