o D&I experience is not mandatory required, nice to have

o Work with outside vendors to deliver education.
Need someone to manage relationships, schedule courses, ensure they are uploaded The Learning Center (LMS System), make sure folks can sign up for courses, put together written communication regarding courses (email/outreach) and then follow up about the education.

· Requirements:

Position Summary:

o Manage and lead the coordination of D+I Education courses including the scheduling, evaluating, and reporting outcomes.

o Responsible for managing VMO requests, POs, and invoice processing

o Lead marketing strategies and communications for upcoming D+I education

o Research and benchmark best in class Diversity and Inclusion practices

o Provide project management support including preparation of reports and presentation materials (A3 Presentation support)

o Manage and lead the D+I My Toolbox site

o Support the creation and delivery of Driving IDEA’s Newsletter

o Lead the D+I Champions program – including marketing, cohort nominations, and communications

Requirements:

o Strong organizational Skills; past experience in organizing, multi-tasking and meeting strict deadlines

o Resourceful problem solver

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Strong command of the Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

o Strong attention to detail

o Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse groups/individuals in a team setting and one-on-one with all levels of leadership

o Ability to work independently and efficiently

o Ability to function in ambiguous and sometimes stressful situations

Additional Preferred Skills:

o Advanced Project Management experience

o Tech-savvy

o Data analysis skills

o Experience in using MS Project, Access, and Visio

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $29.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
