Job Title: EHS Education Coach

Minimum Starting Wage: $18.41-$24.30 (Depending on degree)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum of a baccalaureate degree in early childhood education or a related field. Must have reliable transportation and must meet Missouri automobile liability minimum requirements. Must also complete at least 15 clock hours of childcare related training each year.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Coach is responsible for carrying out key components of the program’s coordinated coaching strategy for education staff and contracted child care partners. Through these efforts, education staff will improve in their ability to improve school readiness skills for children and parents.
