Job Description
Job Scope:
Assist the engineer on duty in the operation and maintenance of building mechanical equipment.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist the engineering staff in operating the building HVAC systems.

Assist in the maintenance and repairs of all equipment incidental to the operation of the building HVAC systems.

Take daily readings and log into engineers log book

Clean work areas, machine rooms, and shop areas

Receive deliveries, put away stock

Paint equipment.
