The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing complex and comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer, EVP, Platform Operations & Technology and Chief Business Officer.
Responsibilities Include:
He/she must show initiative in assisting the Chief Revenue Officer, EVP and CBO in all areas of daily business including:
  • Effectively managing daily calendar of key activities: arranging meetings, conference and video calls, events, travel, etc.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements/itineraries and hotel accommodations.
  • Proactively partner with colleagues and other Administrative Assistants across divisions for business continuity.
  • Interacting with outside vendors, other Nexstar departments and executive offices with a high level of customer service.
  • Responsible for phone and daily admin or project type functions including expense management, contact and distribution lists, departmental supplies, presentation preparation, etc.
  • May provide support to other team leads / functions as needed
  • Performs other special projects and tasks as required.

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
