What does a successful Executive Support Engineer do at Fiserv?

As part of Fiserv’s Technology Services, we are seeking an experienced VIP support Engineer. This role is responsible for providing superior VIP technical support and building relationships with executive support personnel. In this position, you will be acting as the main liaison to the C-level executive team supporting technology hardware software, and services. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, and be able to build strong working relationships with Fiserv executives and their staff. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.


What you will do:

  • Install, support, and maintain user devices including PCs, LAN/WAN, printers, plus PC applications in a Windows 10 Active Directory environment; software includes Operating Systems, Endpoint Security, Office 365, VPN, System Management tools and various business unit software titles
  • Connect, support, and troubleshoot AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment, including current Fiserv video activity on the following platforms: Vidyo, Webex, MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo and Skype (consumer version)
  • Serve as the service delivery expert and single point of contact for senior executives and their conferences and events
  • Coordinate and monitor executive meetings utilizing collaboration and A/V services
  • Support new technologies and prepare the executive team for use and adoption while managing and governing the delivery of VIP Support Services across multiple locations


What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or alternative degree combined with equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting PC’s and Mobile equipment in a corporate environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support.
  • 5+ years of experience in business communication platforms such as messaging, video conferencing, telephony etc
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Executive/VIP teams and their assistants


What would be great to have:

  • Certifications in Operating Systems and ITIL
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Experience working with Crestron
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams

Salary Range
$99,900.00 - $166,500.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
