Bergstrom Body Shop of Madison is a brand new, state of the art facility with new equipment. We are growing so fast in the Madison area, that we want awesome and experienced technicians to join the team and experience that growth with us! You won't be "just a number" when you team with us.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Performs body work and repairs on vehicles.
• Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
• Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window-and-seat operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle body and fenders.
• Provides Body Shop Manager with written estimates on parts.
  
  Schedule: Monday-Friday with shifts ranging 700a-600p.
  Pay: Earning potential exceeding $100,000/year! In 2021 our average Body Shop A-Tech that worked the full 12 month year earned $70,000-120,000.
  

WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

• Job experience and/or degree from accredited technical college required
• I-Car Training preferred
• Valid driver's license with a reputable record
• Upbeat and positive personality
• Active listening skills
• Ability to provide excellent guest service
• Strong communication skills
