We are seeking a strong data analyst for our Sales Compensation team. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in professional skills and responsibility.

This Incentive Compensation Analyst will support the administration of Commission/Incentive Compensation Programs and will be relied on as a Subject Matter Expert.

Day-to-Day Functions:

  • Work closely with senior leadership to design compensation plans based on company goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all monthly processing timelines are met.
  • Responsible for integrity of data and accurately paying commission in line with each team’s compensation plan.
  • Ensure that Compensation Plan overview and related legal documentation is current.
  • Execute Compensation Programs utilizing data from performance tracking, reward calculations, reporting and analysis and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive sales reporting database to fulfill standardized and ad-hoc reporting requirements for Sales and Service teams.
  • Provide high quality, timely responses to the sales field and sales management, fully meeting their informational and reporting needs. Communicates complex logic and analysis in a manner that is easily understandable to the sales reps.
  • Accurately interpret, counsel, and educate sales teams and leadership on sales plan mechanics and company policies.
  • Onboard new commission eligible Sales and Service employees.
  • Analyze current company procedures and work cross-functionally to continuously improve procedures to support the Commission process and related reporting and analytical deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in a professional-level Sales Compensation or Data Analysis role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL and other database concepts.
  • Experience with sales-related software applications (SAP)
  • Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills with high attention to details.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels of management and field associates.
