Job description

Job Summary- Answering the phone and direct calls to correct person. Assist in new business quoting process and help with renewal pipeline also. Subject to be amended on daily basis.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

1. Daily Activities

· Distribute incoming calls

· Distribute Mail

· Postage on outgoing mail

· Check company websites for daily reports

· Process Payments

· Assist processing endorsements

2. New Business Quoting

· Complete Quote Sheets

· Enter information into Applied Epic

· Start quoting process

· Email 2 best quotes to Producer/Account Manager to review

3. Assist in Renewal Process

· Help Account Managers in reviewing renewals

4. Assist Account Managers

· Help Account Managers do whatever is needed

General Job Requirements

· Great Communication Skills

· Eager to get Property and Casualty agent License

Job Specific Requirements:

· Sales experience preferred

· PC skills required to include the Microsoft Office Suite

· Proficient in all Social Media platforms

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Success Factors:

· Being highly collaborative, with the ability to partner with staff members to strategically plan and manage the agency vision

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and “think on your feet” to make self-directed decisions and adjustments.

· Excellent project management skills

· Must be flexible and adaptable to a variety of assignments

Detail-oriented approach, with a focus in validating the accuracy of data/reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
