WANTED: A mission-driven professional with Information Technology background and an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance to become our next Level I Learning Management System (LMS) Functional System Administrator (FSA) to support classified and unclassified Training Systems for network operations at 17 TRSS Goodfellow AFB (Texas). The candidate will provide technical support for the software, hardware, wired and wireless network infrastructure, and system security for JWICS, LMS, OPS, HDEV, NSAnet, SDEV, UDEV, RLE, UTS and UTS-S on 17 TRG networks; as well as software and systems residing as guest systems and networks used in support of 17 TRG training operations.

A week in the life of an LMS Functional System Administrator:

• Create/build user environments within the LMS Application.
• Manage LMS account management and LMS content integration capabilities.
• Provide System administration of Blackboard Learn 9.x server and other LMS mission applications.
• Ability to establish LMS application training to other staff members.
• Maintain Information Assurance (IA) and security compliance of server applications to include patching and STIGs to meet IA protocol controls.

Required Education and Skills:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• CompTIA Security+ Certification
• LMS Functional System Administrator I MUST have a minimum of one year of LMS experience (i.e. Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, etc.) and a REQUIRED minimum of two years of experience in the Information Technology field.
