Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to work either an 8-hour or 10-hour shift, Monday through Friday
  • Shifts will begin 7:00am-3:00pm
  • Shifts will transition into rotating 4on-4off, 12-hour schedules (6:00am-6:00pm/6:00pm-6:00am)
  • Extra hours will be expected when needed
  • Weekend and rotating shift work will also be required after moving to production positions
• #1 responsibility is working safely each and every shift
• Sweep and shovel sawdust and wood shavings into cleanup hoppers
• Climb ladders to elevated work areas and work in enclosed areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent safety performance and attendance are key requirements
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow all safety rules and policies
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Must possess computer literacy, mechanical reasoning skills and problem solving skills
• Must be able to work at elevated levels in confined spaces
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure and perform basic math skills
