Bushel Boy Farms is looking for General Laborer - Packhouse Production Workers for our indoor greenhouse in Owatonna, Minnesota.

You will be responsible for:

• Sorting produce quickly and accurately by variety and grade.
• Packaging produce based on company standards on number of tomatoes, clusters, and other produce packaging requirements.
• Assembling and prepping packaging and shipping containers.
• Packing product into shipping containers and seals and labels properly.
• Maintaining a clean work area.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the packhouse.
• Meeting packing standards set up by the supervisor.
• Creating and working in a safe environment.
• Other roles and responsibilities as assigned

Things you will need:

• Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs
• Ability to lift 35lbs regularly
• Ability to work in wet or humid conditions
• Attention to detail
