We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Clinical Director position. The salary and benefits are generous for this Clinical Director position. The Registered Nurse must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 3 years of experience in home health nursing with 2 years of home health management experience; OR a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least 3 years of experience in home health nursing with 2 years of any management experience. This position is often called the Director of Patient Services in many home health agencies. The Director of Patient Services (Clinical Director) will oversee the day-to-day Clinical Operations for all of the home health services. The DPS will ensure compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation and prepare the Agency to be survey ready. The CoPs focus on a patient‐centered, data‐driven, outcome‐oriented model of care. The DPS will ensure that the agency provides ongoing education to staff, that home supervisory visits are performed to monitor staff performance and will coordinate and follow through with recommendations of quality assessment and performance improvement (QAPI) to ensure compliance. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH CARE CLINICAL DIRECTOR POSITION: The Registered Nurse must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least 3 years in home health nursing with 2 years in a home health management position with a strong knowledge of regulations; OR a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least 3 years of home health nursing with 2 years of any management experience. All Director of Clinical Services candidates must have proficiency with the OASIS form. All Clinical Director candidates must be a registered nurse (RN). All Clinical Director candidates must be licensed as an RN in the state. The registered nurse must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher. A COVID-19 vaccine is required for this position.
