What we're looking for

The HR Generalist will provide daily guidance and support on Human Resource programs, internal processes, and policies to ensure consistency and applicability. This pivotal role on the Employee Experience team supports all aspects of the employment cycle including employee relations, performance management, reporting, and process execution. This role will be attuned to the business needs and work successfully with a range of employee types throughout the organization.

What you'll do

  • Assist a team of HR leaders and HR Business Partners in support of their assigned business groups on a variety of employee experience competencies
  • Oversee the execution of standard HRIS reports and request the creation of new reports as needed to support the business
  • Conduct audits of HRIS data on a regular cadence to identify errors and ensure corrections are made in a timely manner
  • Monitor exit survey responses and alert appropriate HR partner; partner with Talent Business Partner on proposed survey modifications to increase completion rates and improve quality of data
  • Participate in and make meaningful contributions to departmental or cross functional project teams/task forces as assigned
  • Coordinate the logistics of involuntary terminations ensuring advanced notification to HR Operations and Payroll as well as follow up for access to be removed as soon as appropriate
  • Draft internal offers, bonus documentation, etc. ensuring all required approvals and signatures are gathered
  • Provide interim business partner support to ensure adequate coverage during leaves of absence, turnover, or peak seasonal demand
  • Utilize DocuSign to ensure timely execution of all employment documents, following up as needed and escalating when appropriate to ensure a resolution

Skills you'll need

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities of daily tasks, as well as those that support the HR Business Partners
  • Capable of working effectively and with an acute sense of urgency in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable
  • A very high attention to detail
  • 1-3 years HR experience

Compensation

  • $55000 / year
