Job description
- Provide Positive Customer Service to all Clients
-Oversees all personnel while on-site installations, maintence and repairs are being done
- Creates Schedules, Hours and Trainings
-Oversees Contracts and handles support services
-Effectively trains and recruits to grow business
-Leads Follow-Up conversations and reviewes customer feed back
-Improves departments success in relations to process and productivity
-Manage fleet vehicles
-Establishes KPI's and metrics for the department
-Manage Budgets
-provide support to other departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
