Job Title: Rapid Transition Housing Program – Independent Living Specialist - Full-Time
Job Summary: The Independent Living Specialist will report to the Independent Living Housing Manager and will work collaboratively with the Rapid Transition Housing Program (RHTP) Housing Specialist. It is the responsibility of the Independent Living Specialist to assist individuals in achieving independence in their chosen communities, with proper support services in place. In this position the Independent Living Specialist serves as a liaison connecting individuals to community service providers and providing support as needed.
