Job summary:

As member of the Test team, you will join a highly effective, self-organizing agile team that develops, tests and qualifies the XTran system and works together with project and product management, and the customer service organization.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering, Master of Information Sciences or equal by experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IP networking technologies
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of IP networking technologies
• 7 years of relevant experience in communication networks
• Knowledge of legacy interfaces is an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities in an agile development environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Python coding skills
• Experience in setting up and using automated testing

Responsibilities:

• As a tester you will be the voice of the customer within the organization and the agile team
• Defining the test scenarios and use these scenarios to align the focus of the agile team
• You are responsible for testing the new products and features
• Improve and extend the automatic tests
• Support the transition towards continuous delivery
• Support troubleshooting and field upgrades for pilot installations
