What You Should Know: This is an absolutely outstanding company to work for, this sales dept has a fantastic culture and we have a high quality sales team. We do not operate a traditional Automotive Sales and Internet/BDC department. We have a unique automotive customer experience system and our Internet/BDC Customer Service Team DOES NOT take customers from cradle to grave (AKA lead to finance).

• Experience and Qualities We Require: While the individual we seek does not need to possess a vast amount of Automotive Internet Sales experience, we do require someone with an above average commitment to customer service, follow up and appointment setting. A reasonable amount of retail automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Schedule: We provide a fantastic schedule that averages 40 to 45 hours per week, opportunity to work a small amount of time from home and we are also very flexible with time off and vacation requests.

Additional Information:

• With the exception of when a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday effects pay days, there are always 2 pay dates per month, on or around the 5th and the 20th of each month effected occasionally by weekends and holidays
• The more effective you are at your job, the more money you will make.
• You will need to pass a drug screen
• You will need to have a valid Driver License and a reasonably clean driving record in order to meet our driver insurance requirements
• We offer a 401K along with medical, dental and vision insurance to full time employees
