Qualifications

•

We are in search of a candidate with a strong knowledge of MRP systems, computers, and inventory management

•

Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral

•

Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze problems, collect, and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

•

Prepare manufacturing orders

•

Assure that sufficient quantities of required raw materials are available for each production run, based on formula supplied by customers

•

Maintain computer records of materials- - both raw and finished

•

Communicate with customer representatives to receive customer requirements and to coordinate receipt of necessary raw materials and packaging supplies

•

Communicate inventory and production needs with warehouse

•

Notify customers of raw materials they must order

•

Trained to use customer supplied computer systems, if required

•

Responsible for overall inventory accuracy

•

Responsible for physical audits of customer materials

•

Responsible for entering and verifying correct customer order information on all customer orders

•

High School Graduate or Equivalent

•

Must be organized

•

Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office

•

Be able to work independently

•

Self-motivated

•

Willing to learn

•

Punctual and consistent

•
