We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our client’s team! My client is seeking accounting professionals eager to continue progressing their skillset in a terrific team environment. Key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the billing system
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Vendor maintenance, in addition to answering all e-mails / phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare bank deposits, and general ledger postings
- Account reconciliation, setup, and maintain vendor records
- Verifies items billed and resolves/reconciles any differences and assist in billing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
