BIG MOON'S BBQ - Montesano, WA

Looking for a hard-working versatile restaurant worker. Tasks will include plating & serving food (cafeteria style line), assist chef/pitmaster with food prep, dishwashing, keep dining room & restrooms clean during hours of operation, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, wiping tables and counters, and general cleaning of the facility.

-Shift: 11am to 7pm, THUR - SUN

-Hours Per Week: 30 - 34

-Hourly Wage: $15.74 - $20 ➕️ Tips

Additional

• Manage the meat and other food items in the smoker, monitoring quality
• Pit Masters will trim and season meats; manage fires for smokers; clean and maintain smokers.
• Must be organized and have good time management skills
• Must assume responsibility for afternoon dishes, staying afloat for the line workers
• Work smoker, monitoring the temps
• Additional duties include - cutting meats, preparing sides and sauces, and general restaurant cleaning.
• Previous experience with BBQ is preferred, but not required.
• Use checklist for daily preparation

Team Member Qualifications:

• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Food safety certification preferred
• Detail to cleanliness
• Dependable
• Must be 18 years or older
